Rachel Artz
Program Director

Rachel has been with Pine Hills Learning Place since August of 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from Ball State where she was a lab instructor for practicum students after her graduation. She has also been a presenter at local conferences such as "Making Connections Conference" in Anderson, Indiana.

Beverly Maxwell
President

Beverly has worked at Pine Hills Learning Place since 1980. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in business administration. Beverly is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the National Administrator Credential from the National Child Care Association.
